I first came to Allen feeling depressed, stuck in life, confused, and with brain fog. My health was declining and my eating habits were getting worse but he helped me change my perspective and see everything with more serenity and self-confidence. Thanks to him I’m so happy now about everything that I’ve achieved so far. The biggest tangible changes I have noticed since beginning the program has been to believe in myself, learned to love myself again, feel happy and positive, and more understanding of others. I feel blissfully happy, thank you, coach! He is very efficient and confident of what he says and does, responsible for helping his clients and he gives everything he can to help us achieve our goals. I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in problems in many areas of their lives because no matter the problem you can overcome it if you have a true desire to overcome it and if you dare to ask for help. Take me for example, my eating habits were poor and my health was in a down spiral but now I eat a whole lot better, I’m recovering my health, and feel mentally and spiritually stronger. This is why I believe a coach can help us with any problem that we might have.
Allen helped me to change and improve my eating habits, stop gaining weight - lose 10lbs, and increase my self-esteem. I’m now more consciously aware of the foods I eat, I’m exercising consistently, spend more time with my family, feel more energetic, motivated, and confident. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, capable, and patient with me and I would recommend him to my co-workers, friends, and family
After feeling overly stressed and overwhelmed by my thyroid condition which was causing me to continue gaining weight, Allen helped me to not only lower my stress level and stop gaining weight but also lose weight! At first, I didn’t see how this would be possible but I believed it when my doctor lowered my thyroid medication’s dosage. He also helped me better my eating habits, start exercising, get my migraines and stress under control, quit soda, and now I share with my family and neighbors the things I learned. He’s a very good coach, patient, kind, and able to explain clearly the topics we discussed during sessions. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
