Garlic’s powers leave Superman crying for his mommy.
Garlic tea is a must if you want the flu to stay away from you or keep people off your radar if you want some time alone on your #SelfCareSunday. 😜
Garlic not only keeps the vampires away but if used correctly it can boost your immune system, reduce inflammation, guard you of viruses and infections, it’s a natural detox booster, keeps your heart beating happily, it’s known to prevent cancer, alleviates tooth, ear, and body aches, it’s a natural decongestant and antibiotic, helps with your seasonal runny noses, cough, and sore throats. It even is used to repel mosquitoes (aka vampires) AND people you don’t like 🤣.
I use it in most of my cooking but be sure to add garlic towards the end of cooking otherwise you end up burning off all those juice benefits garlic has for you.
When and if I get sick 😷🤒 I make a tea out of two cloves of finely minced garlic and it helps me so much to lower fever, coughing or other symptoms.
How to make Garlic Tea:
Boil 2 cups water, mince 2 cloves garlic and add to a heat resistant mug and once water has boiled fill your cup and cover for 5-10min. Drink as hot as you can. Ideally, you want to do this before you go to bed.
Ask any Italian Nonna 👵 and she will tell you the million and ten thousand ways you can use garlic. Oh, my 🤔💭 garlic bread just crossed my mind 😍😋😋 it pairs so deliciously well with my cranberry and greens salad I make for New Year’s Eve. It’s become a tradition. To keep your garlic fresh and longer make sure you store it in a dark and cool area of your home. That’s where vampires like to hang out anyway. Hey, better safe than sorry, you don’t want to wake up looking like a vampire or worst, with the flu. Thanks for reading dear soulfriend!!💜
